We’re changing the way we do business. There’s now no need for physical contact between technicians & customers. 

Due to the health and safety concerns of COV-19, we’re changing the way we do business. We’re now 100% contact-free, so you can be assured there’s minimal chance of catching any infection.

Here’s how it works:

Book your repair/service online or over the phone.

A technician will arrive at your home and call you to announce their arrival. (Garage can be remotely opened, or if broken, manually opened and then left while a technician is present)

Over the phone assessment, then we'll give you advice on what's required. This can also be on facetime so the client can see what the issue is if they would like.

All staff will use hand sanitiser and wear disposable gloves.

Upon completion, we’ll take a video highlighting the completed work.

A detailed report along with the video will be emailed to you.

Payment is made upon completion over the phone.

While the above protocol is not mandatory, we’ve created this system to provide peace of mind for both clients and staff, and to ensure that we continue to provide the safest, most hygienic environment possible.

New work policies

In addition to the above, we’re implementing the following policies:

  • All technicians and engineers have disposable gloves, masks (if required) and personal hand sanitiser that are used and disposed of following each completed job
  • All staff are screened for ANY health issues
  • Technicians will work in isolation (as a sole technician) where possible
  • Administration staff have the option of working from home – for both controlled isolation if required, and to ease the potential strain of any day-care or school closure situations
